If we wish to shape our society a special responsibility falls upon architecture and the institutions involved in teaching and communicating the subject.
Designing, planning and building are acts of discussion and debate. Universities are platforms for this constructive interaction. They offer the framework for teaching students the essential compositional, technical and conceptual skills as they address architecture’s many questions and develop a reflective approach to design. As long as the training and education of architects continues to grant them the ability to act as an unwavering cultural force, excellent buildings will also continue to give expression to our society.
We would like to contribute to this process.
